    Setup API question

    Hi:

When I use Microsoft Setup API, it seems that the name of program group need to be prewritten into the INF file. The user of setup program has no choice but use the program group specified by the INF file. Do you know a way to let a Setup API to accept the group name from user during the installation? Thanks.

    Re: Setup API question

I do not use Microsoft Setup API, it is too confusing.
    I use Setup2Go, a shareware installer.
