    Exclamation Comunication error, Comunication failed

    Hi,
I have crystal report 10 and crystal enterprise 10 on windows server 2003...
When I attempt to view a large report in Crystal Enterprise, the following message appears:

"Comunication error, Comunication failed with all configured web component servers because they are disabled or not currently running........"

I have search in knowlege base on Busnes Object and seem that this error is know and assigned Track ID n. ADAPT00263175..
    The documentation say

"that this error message appear because of a limitation in the WINDOWS SOCKET LAYER. When this failure occurs, a number of retries are attempted, wich causes the web component server (WCS) to allocate large amounts of memory. This memory allocation can lead to a slow or non-respindig WCS.."

Any one know the solution? Or anyone have the same problem.... How is possible to resolve it?

Thank you very much for your attention..
