Is there a way to remove the "MainReport" tab?

snowbear is an unknown quantity at this point (<10)

Is there a way to remove the "MainReport" tab?

My report does not include any grouping, I remove the group tree, but I can not find a way to revmove the "MainReport" tab which always displays on the top?
any help is greatly appreciated.
