what about HLA?
what do you think about Randy Hyde HLA (High Level Assembly)?
How does it compare with other typical assemblers (MASM/FASM/NASM/etc)?

Re: what about HLA?
I prefer the syntax of traditional assemblers like fasm but what is attactive about HLA is its power. It has what is probably the most powerful macro system of all the available assemblers. The current implementation is not as fast as other assemblers but that should be less of a problem with version 2.0 is released. Overall I think its a cool language. What do you think?
