Unhappy Runtime Problem with RAS 9

I have a report that should be shown through a RAS9-ASP Script. Befor running the Report a user can specify the restrictions. These restrictions are set into a Parameter-Field on the Report. The Report retrieves its data through a Datasource which is a SQL-Statement with the Value of the Parameter-Field in its where-clause.
Now when the user specifies a special combination of restrictions the following runtime error occurs:

    Error occured on Server. -2147482963:
    Error in File c:\winnt\temp\{2824C0F2-A23B-4BA7-9239-D75C53D838A}.rpt
The request could not be submitted for background processing.

Now i tried to run the same report with the same restriction-value in the Crystal Reports designer. There everything works fine.

Can someone give me a hint or has en explanation for this strange behaviour?
    thanks
