Crystal Report Version differences

We are currently using version 8.5 of Crystal Reports..

In this version we are facing problems like improper graphics/images display..

The Application Reports make extensive use of images which on display are not satisfactory..

For this and many other reason we have thought of using latest versions of Crystal Reports.. such as 9.0 or 10

Before using them.. We are looking into pros and cons of these versions.. like their compatibility with prior versions.. necessary precautions to be taken.. etc..

I will be glad if any one could help in providing detailed information.. or any link to any webpage showing the differences..
