Problem with VS.NET 2008 settings

All,
I had installed some add-ins in VS2008 and all were working perfect until the time I reset the settings of VS2008.Net. I had chosen in the beginning the VB settings and I changed to general ones. The problem is that I can see the add-ins applications in the Add-in Manager they are enable but they do not appear in the menus and the toolbars.
Can someone help me on this urgent issue?

Try going to Tools -> Import and Export Settings -> Reset all settings.
