Since 1991, ISG has provided information technology and domain specific subject matter expertise to organizations in a wide cross section of industries, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail, and telecommunications.
Candidate would need to be W-2 through Innovative Systems Group in order to fulfill this need and authorized to work in the US. No relocation assistance provided.
The DBA contractor should be skilled in all DBA-related tasks such as DB monitoring, alerts, backups & restores, DB refreshes/copies, scripting, and resolving issues/outages. This contractor will need to also be skilled in DB performance tuning and optimization. The contractor will be supporting many databases for development, UAT, stress testing, training, and production.
This contractor should work independently within a team, receiving general direction with periodic work product reviews. Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment and be flexible in that environment. The work will include after-hours support.

Desired Technology Experience:
Programming Language: PL/SQL - 5 + years experience.
OS: AIX - 5 + years experience
Database Systems: Oracle 91 and 10g - 5 + years experience.
Application Package Experience: Oracle Retail RMS, WMS, and SIM - 5 + years experience.
