Open Source Monopoly Game in Java

Can anyone help me? I'm wanting to start a open source project I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to managing these type of thing. I trying to create a game similar to Monopoly Tycoon called Monopoly Industrialist . Can anyone out there help me get it off the ground. I've started a Google Code page at:
