Hello friends...............

I m new to VB.net. Plz u ppl help me out how to begin in vb.net which books to read, and how to become a smart vb.net developer.................

Which s/w i should use for vb.net. And any free s/w available in google.............

Well i forgot to tell i know vb6.0 and i have 1 year experience of vb6.0.

In order to learn VB.NET, you would need to buy a book preferable the one from Microsoft Press. One such book is http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Visual-Basic-2008-Step/dp/0735625379
You can download the free edition of the VB Express 2008 from Msdn site. Here is a link to the free download
