Senior Project Manager
We are recruiting Project Managers on behalf of our client for future available positions. The successful candidate will manage the day to day activities of multiple software projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
Responsibilities
· Works with project team lead on high-level planning and scheduling.
· Produces project and iteration plans.
· Conducts project meetings, including the daily project huddles.
· Communicates project statuses to management and stakeholders.
· Collects and analyzes project metrics to identify trends and trouble areas. Identifies problems in projects and removes obstacles preventing team members from doing their tasks.
· Manages the work items list of projects, ensuring that the work required of all project team members is scheduled and completed.
· Performs iteration assessments or “retrospectives” at the end of each project iteration, identifying what went well and what could be improved.
· Manages software releases, coordinating with engineering and operations departments to ensure that software is deployed correctly and stakeholders are aware of all changes.
