I had the following code,but why it can't display the icon beside the browser??

Have you typed the actual URL to check if your icon is there at that path?

EDIT: Also, it can be a cache problem. Once you have made certain that the file is at that path, refresh the browser a couple of times.

Also try to clean your browser history and temperory internet files
