Hello everyone,
I am trying to create a country checkbox parameter field using crystal reports IX, and if the user selects the country checkbox I would like to display state parameter field allowing the user to select the state from the drop down list.
It will be greatly appreciated if I can know how to create a country checkbox parameter field using crystal reports IX.
Thanks a million in advance.

As far as I have ever seen, you cannot created checkboxes which are clickable on the report. You can, using different fonts, create a check mark, but I'm sure that is not what you are looking for.

Thank you jade1977 for the reply.
Yes, you are right I am not looking for creating checkbox on the report. I am actually looking for creating country checkbox on "Parameter Field Dialog box" of a crystal report.
And, if the country checkbox is checked by a user, display state dropdown list on the dialog box allowing the user to select a state from the dropdown list.
Please let me know if I confused you. It will be greatly appreciated if I can know whether the above scenario is possible using crystal reports IX.
Thanks a lot.

As far as I have ever seen online, it is not possible. You could possibly just add the option of none to the top your country list, so if they do not want to select a country, they could "skip" that parameter.

Hello Jade1977, I ended up in not creating the parameter fields.
Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions.
