How do you access the URL being browsed currently??

I need to know how to do this for either at least firefox and internet explorer or even better if theres a method to do it for all browsers.

Basically I need to know when a browser on a PC my app will be running on is being used to browse an **** related site so I can make all manner of visual and audio nags to go do some work instead.

Any ideas?

It's a Win16-Win32 FAQ for a long time....( 1991 I think...)
See on Win32 api group news://nntp.aioe.org/comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32
