Clown paint

I have an application to draw image (I draw a clown :D)
I copied and pasted it into MFC application to redraw it, but the data read strangely. all the co-ordinates change vertically. :( don't know why. :(

You have mentioned two applications here, a drawing program and a image viewing program.
The problem could lie on either side, so which application are you trying to develop?
