Most of the test management systems that I have come across don’t work well with bug-tracking tools. I heard about Zephyr 2.0 (http://getzephyr.com), which is the only QA test management system that integrates with defect tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla. I found it to be truly compatible as it’s perfectly integrated with our internal bug-tracking system. Give it a try and see what you think.
