Just to make sure I'm not missing something --

I assume it's not possible to import whole charts and graphs in a mail merge.

I have a document with X items which are populated from an Excel spreadsheet. But I also have charts/graphs from Excel that I have to manually cut & paste into the word document for each report I generate.

Is it possible to refine this further -- to make it even more automatic? Or do I pretty much have to have a custom VB.net/C# program, with some kind of reporting library?

Just create a worksheet that fits on a page, then use "SEND TO Email" or else a file printer, and then open it.

I don't think that's what I'm looking for.

I'm looking for the insertion of charts to be automatic, just like I want a name or dollar amount insertion to be automatic -- I want Word to pull all of the above from a spreadsheet.

Is that even possible?
