I've been using AOL for years on my HP LapTop with windowXP OS, recently I decided to to buy TOSHIBA Satellite LapTop with preinstalled VISTA, I was able to install AOL 8.0 with no problem, but when I use AOL to visit some sites suddenly I'm BLOCKED !, cannot access the site. and Vista is not telling what is needed to Disable or Enable to resolved this BLOCKING of sites, this never happen to me on my HPLapTop with XP , I'm pretty sure its the VISTA. but no idea what it is, quite a number of FORUM i posted this problem but no solution found yet.

I cannot even dowgrade the VISTA TO XP. due to some issues with Toshiba Satellite kind of preinstalled VISTA.

Try click on the AOL icon with the right mouse button and select "Run As Administrator"

Otherwise you will have to install AOL 9...
