Does anyone know how to convince VS2008 not to put a folder directly in your documents folder? I can tell it to shift projects and templates elsewhere, and it forgets about snippets if I just shift them, but of course, if oyu move the settings then it can't find them, so it doesn't know where to look for anything else and so recreates the rubbish again.
So, does anyone know to tell Visual Studio where to look for it's settings file? (Apart from Tools, Import Settings, which saves the source in the settings file (whose genius idea was that?)!)
