youtube and google video files

Hi there

I'm interested in using a tool with which I can improve sound quality (remove background noise) from the movies downloaded from youtube or google video.

days back, i saw a filter that could help filter out noise for y sound engine, i went home telling my wife exactly the same thing i read on the site, so good. we were happy.
some times later, the article was gone, only the popup ads that were really noisy. i tried to hide how i hated the irritative stuff, some of which just displayed right at the center of my favorite page. i told myself, is this the price, but consulted myself that "calm down, i am not the only one in the endless circle, several people have been introduced to the sites"...

I forget the site and the tiny filter which once was so cool that it should be forgotten.

Frankly telling I don't have any idea about such type of tools, I think try to google it, hope you will get.
