Northern African and my City

Do you know why plcaes like Conselates, Embasies, big corporations in my city hire only Northern African ?
I dislike the attitude of interpreters guys in US Conselates, Embasy ? Why they hire the Northern African only in their place, I see no one from the South in there.

I seem just unable to realize why Northern African are favored in my Southern city. It is a fact. Look around your area and those you know of. Only NF is sent to the system!

I was not in a good mood because I have been getting sued and possibly I'll be fined soon by Northern African police. Just driving without a license!

I'm South African ... In the city of JHB .. (also listed in location in my profile)...

And we also suffer with a lot of northern African people (Well North of us :D ) comming into our city...

It also causes alot of problems here...

However driving with out a licence is something very stupid to do in any African country....

ANY country in the world, actually. You took a chance. Hopefully you didn't kill anybody before you were stopped. Rarely happens the first time, as statistics show...

Yes, me too from JHB, I am not interested in the way they handle requests, in my case it is the interpreters'attitude that irks all of the people I know at the US Consulate [sorry for my spell] in my area.

They seem unable to remember how they stood in long line of people to wait for clothes, food and even begged for a logging overnight in their past as well as how they sneaked into the current position.

What I really is to make my city more precious to live in than other areas, a competitive level should be up front for those who choose to live in the city. City people must be more prefferable.


However driving with out a licence is something very stupid to do in any African country....
But I don't think that I have a chance to get a driving license.
