Hello All - I'm a newbie to the site - Please bare with me...
I have created a Crystal Report in ver. 9 and hug it in an iMIS 15 dbase. If I'm logged into the network on the users pc & open iMIS I can run the report w/ no problem. If the user is logged on thenetwork they cannot run the report - getting the error below:
iMIS Crystal Runtime Error
Error in File C:\Program Files\ASI\IMIS15\StdRpts\Peer_and_Topic_Web_Additions.rpt
Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.
The report was originally on a shared network drive when the error occurred so, I moved it to the local drive and the error still occurs. The user can run the canned Crystal reports in that folder. The weird thing is if the user is logged onto the network and I log in to iMIS as the Admin "I can't run the report".
I suspect it's a rights issue but I had the network admin make sure the drives were mapped and the users credentials were ok.
If anyone has had a similar experience or have a resolution your help would be greatly appreceated.
