Problem with MSI Installer

I created an MSI installer and included some .vbs files in the for some custom actions. So when I run the installation file sometimes I come across this error (plz see the attachment). It does not happen very often. Can someone help me in identifying the problem??

Are you Sure that vbs is in your Project Directory before you Compile it?

Are you Sure that when you added the File to your Setup Project , it was in your Project Directory?

Yes it is included in MSI project. This error does'nt happen quite often. It usually seems to be the problem with windows installer information. It actually happened in one my of client's onsite.

We never encountered this error.
