Hi guys, i was wondering if it was possible to have a button that called the IE or Firefox "Save Page As" Command.

That would be rather unjusual...what is your intended real functionallity (explain the what and why...NOT the how).

ohh sorry.. as my school computers have hidden the "File" in the browsers i was looking for was to save the page directly.

This functionality cannot be scripted into a page. It requires the user's input.
Just think of the security risks that could be if a browser actually allowed you to save content without the user's permission.
