I'm new in the field of testing. I'm in need of tools which could help in managing the report. No doubt, there are many tools available; but, every tool has its pros and cons; apart from the ones I have listed, you may also want to evaluate Rational Robot (http://ibm.com), Zephyr (http://getzephyr.com), SilkCentral Test (http://segue.com) I am not sure which one is best to use. Any advice will be appreciated.
