textout() time limit

Hi,

I am just wondering how to make the textout() function last for a certain amount of time and then delete itself or gets replaced with another textout() function.

Any help is appreceiated

There is no timeout support for textout().

Why do you need this?
Please explain what you are trying to accomplish, maybe there is another solution to your problem.
