Hi,
I am using crystal report 10 with asp.net 2.0 in reporting.
Evevythinf goes well.
But the problem occur when i click the print button of the report viewer.
After clicking the print button a blank page appear for a few second and it do nothing.
I added printcontrol.cab as per recommendation of the msdn help.
Its working on my machine and in offic's machine.
I did same in my client's machine as mine.
The new problem is: when click the print button of printcontrol.cab appear for install but if i click i do nothing.
now what can i do? is there any requirment of browser or os to install printcontrol.cab.
Please help me.
