email a url that contains form data

Is it possible to send an email containing data from a form?

I have a user fill out a form that is sent to an email address they designate. Is there a way to send the form data in the url using "post" or somehow use an xml?

Not sure what you need, Send a a user the URL that contains data so when he clicks it he data that was previously entered, or send email which its content is the form's data?
