Hello! Can 2 apps access the webcam? Can one app grab a frame from the webcam even if that is accesed by other app?
I've tried with VFW and it's not working. What about WIA or DirectX?

Is there any solution that can I include in my app?
I don't want software that do that. That will require the user to have them installed.
