HI All,

I have Win XP (SP2) installed and have installed on this Virtual PC 2007.

I have installed Vista Enterprise onto the Virtual PC and I can get a connection to the internet within Vista. However, When I try to register Vista I receive a windows activation error. Error Code 0x8007232B. When I click on More information I get 'DNS name does not exist'.

Anybody know what I need to do to register Vista on the VM?

Thanks

I think I found it.

Cscript %WinDir%\System32\slmgr.vbs -ato

Hi David,

I opened my Virtual Pc and ensured that i had a connection through to the internet. I then run the command you gave, but Vista still says it requires activation.
