How to delete all applications

Hi all
I know how to detect all processes, but how to check which one of them is application?
I want to delete all applications when my program is running

I would immediately delete such program if it does such things.

Seems that you are asking questions that shouldn't have asked here.
Looks like related to some virus or trojan. "Normal" applications will never do things you asked.

Please explain your reasoning.
