Hi!
I have a whole bunch of reports published to a Crystal Enterprise which print fine before I publish them to CE (just viewed in Crystal Reports). But when I publish them, run them and open them using the Reports viewer, no information from the report prints out, just an empty page, save for a thin border for the whole page and the URL at the bottom.
Even in print preview, it shows just this border & URL (see attachment).
If I export the report to a different format e.g. PDF, this works fine and I can print from there, but I can't seem to print directly from the Crystal Reports Active Viewer.
It's the same over different PC's on our network that I've tested.
Anyone else ever had this problem?
