OuterInfo Virus

Has anyone every contracted the virus by OuterInfo?
It installs itself without permission, and pops up ads right as you are typing in another window. This is a high level virus, with a group of acomplices to help keep itself installed no matter what you do.
I've never run accross a virus that I couldn't kill myself. It's really bad, and highly complex. The mighty dollar has lead to the corruption of mankind once again.

I would like to find a trustable way to kill this thing, or any code to help with doing so. If you have any tips on this I would appreciate it, and many others would too along the way, since this virus is here to stay.

If I was a violent man, I would not shed a tear, if someone killed this virus at it's source. The creators.

Saw something bad on one of my protected machines. Turns out a client's son tried to download a movie, and a 'player' that hijacked explorer and the video card.

Okay well this is worse than I thought.
I couldn't even save files, and pictures to CD!
These people are so evil, they need to be brought to justice somehow.

At least this is just a machine that I use for internet, so I ended up using the original CD to reformat it back to stock.
I still spent several hours to find out that there was nothing I could really do about it. And I hate feeling helpless like that, especially knowing that they are getting away with it legally. ***.
