Tool to compare registery keys recursively

Does any tool/program exist to compare the registry keys recursively, for example I have got register y keys "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\REG1" and "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\REG2" and I want to compare them recursively.
I hope I have conveyed my question.
