HI All,
I want to be able to synchronise the outlook between different desktop in an office network. We use microsoft exchange server. I want to share the contacts and calendar section, so that if one updates the contacts/calendar , all the other desktop can view it.

I googled it but can't find any straight forward instructions.

I hope this is the right place to post this issue.

Thanks.

Even though it is for a university, you can get the main idea from this (http://www.its.murdoch.edu.au/procedures/email/outlook_2000.html).

HI Thanks for the reply.
I don't have Mailservices option when i click on tools/options. I have instead mailsetup which doesn't give me a clue as to how to imitate the link you have provided.
By the way i am using outlook2003. Is there a differnt way to do this in 2003 version?
