Must have Open Source Technology, Agile Methodolgy and Web Software Development skills.
The Director of Development is responsible for managing all development staff and leading development needed to facilitate current and future expansion of our internal and customer facing applications.
Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including internal senior management, staff and external strategic business partner contacts. In addition, this position interviews, hires, trains, motivates, disciplines, and evaluates the development staff.
