Duties:
CACI has an immediate need for a Senior .NET Software Programmer to support the Space and Naval Warfare Center (SPAWAR) in Norfolk, VA. This position will develop new and support existing windows .NET applications. As an emerging expert, collects and analyzes major defense systems and information system programs, to include financial, technical and/or engineering data. Develops reports and analyzes performance metrics and programmatic documents. Performs technical system analysis of complex systems.
Performs requirements analysis, validation, prioritization, and decomposition of requirements; development of use cases, review of proposed existing products/projects for requirements compliance and determination of product deltas, develops program code and modifications as required. Assist Systems Engineer and reviews proposed existing projects/systems.
