Required Skills
We are seeking a Development Team Lead/Architect to lead a small development team on new projects. The successful candidate will be able to drive projects through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. Tasks range from collaborating on system architecture design to writing code to managing projects and people.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in SDLC and command of the .NET framework. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team in the development of applications that utilize cutting edge technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of Developers in software development best practices.
· Manage projects through all phases of SDLC
· Conduct code reviews
Required Experience
· Expert in C# .NET
· Full life cycle development experience
· Self-directed and self-managing
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Excellent documentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment
· Ability to multi-task
· Experience implementing best practices in software development
