Community is looking for programmers/designers

Hello there, Hexes World is a community which is looking for programming or designers who is interesting in software development for thier plesure, well we just started our jobs so its very new, our purpose is only one, to learn and teach others well and how sad it is but we can't pay money for that, and all of our project and programs is totaly FREE, well all we can to do is to give an experience, fun, new contacts.All our community goes through MSN messenger(At the moment we make own messenger with msql etc), and we have little server, well then we do some project we connect there via VNC and it's same as do project on one pc, but with lot of mind and community.
