Collaborating with our client’s Massachusetts based Network Operations Team the successful candidate will provide systems, network, and desktop support at their Austin location.
The successful candidate will have experience in;
Infrastructure, Server, and Desktop Support
Technical Support
Microsoft Technologies to include Windows Desktop and Server Systems.
Linux
Physical Networking (switches, routers, etc)
General familiarity with voicemail, telecom carrier operations, and telecommunications are a plus.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a high demand environment and have the ability to give estimates and work within deadlines.
