My friend has WeatherExpress, which wants to write log files in a subfolder of program files. He can start it as Admin, and it will log. When it starts automatically it doesn't get elevated, so logs no files.
Can I luanch it from a batch file, or create a small app with a manifest that would start that? Seems like once he gave the OK, it should be trusted.
Seems odd that moving the app to docs & settings might resolve the situation, but he doesn't want to remove and reinstall, now that it works.
