UI / Flash Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Lead the effort to expand the capabilities of our existing Flash widget (ActionScript coding, integration of art assets, integration with XML web services)
* Communicate regularly with both creative and technical types
* Light integration with our Ruby on Rails web-tier
Qualifications:
* Experience authoring modular, object-oriented JavaScript code and ActionScript widgets
* HTML/CSS experience
* Data driven UI experience (using XML, web services, databases)
* Experience designing concepts and building mock ups in a rapid, iterative environment
* Experience with Photoshop, or other illustration platforms
* Attention to detail
