Sr. Product Manager
Location: Foster City, CA
Salary: 80k to 135k

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering, sales, service, and marketing to determine the optimal product feature set to satisfy customer requirements and meet market demand; complete PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
Work closely with engineering to manage rapid release cycles and develop robust application features that deliver business value.
Set the product direction and strategy for set of products.
Develop deep domain expertise in all areas of products.
Meet with software analysts, attend trade shows, stay abreast of competitive pressures, and become expert on overall market direction.
Determine optimal partner, build, buy strategies on borderline product areas.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to create marketing collateral (e.g. data sheets, product value propositions, white papers, etc.).
Required Skills/Experience:
2-4 years of enterprise software product management or software implementation experience.
Specific experience with on-demand applications such as Salesforce.com or traditional applications such SAP, Hyperion, or Oracle is a bonus.
Knowledge of hosted and enterprise software products and market space.
General knowledge of Business Intelligence products and technology.
Domain knowledge or understanding of sales and operations planning, financial planning, demand planning, or sales forecasting processes.
Ability to work in rapidly changing, dynamic start-up atmosphere.
Ability to translate business requirements to software product specifications in written and spoken form.
Desire to build, own, and market a next generation on-demand software product.
Strong communication and writing skills.
