not sure if this is the right place to post but heres the question

Is there anyone on here that is familier with Joomla 1.5?

what i want to know is how to get rid of the main page where it says "welcome to the frontend" i have searched high and low on the CP but to no avail anyone know where this is located and how to change it?

I don't think you will find anyone with expertise in Joomla. You can try their web-site and community and probably someone will answer you.
