start addional MDI view, no new programm

Hello,

I want to write a programm witch does not start
an additional programm for an document, but an
new Mdi-Frame in an existing programm.

Example, in a console-window:
start COButton.C
-> MsDev is starting, displays the file
start COButtonEx.C
-> The File is display in an new Window of the
existing MsDev-Programm.

The filetypes for my programm, I have already
registered, but how do I use an exsiting programm ?
