I am using Crystal XI Reports Release 2 and am having problems with the Add command options. I can connect to both SQL Server and MS Access databases and view all the tables, queries, views, and stored procedures in my database. But when I click on “add command” Crystal Reports seems to lock up and I have to end up using control break to unlock the program. I need to have the ability to create my own sql statements as well as use stored procedures or views that are currently in the database.
I have recently upgraded my computer at work and have installed crystal reports XI Release 2. On my previous computer Crystal Report XI Release 2 was installed and it worked just fine.
Everything seems to work fine if I use views or store procedures. Any idea what the problem is and it can be fixed?
