how to design(.rpt) the report dynamically in crystal reports.net

I want to design a report at run time and export to excel file(.xls) using
crystal report.net (I am using .Net 1.0 framework)

If any idea whether it's possible or not at all possible using crystal
reports.net/crystal report 9.0 version.
