BUG: NT task manager Image file name only 16 chars??WHY

I thought u might know the fix for this problem i'm having.

In NT task manager, process tab displays image name (app's exe name) only 16 chars of length, rest gets truncated. So any app with long names > 16chars appear truncated in the task manager..
Could there be a fix for this, if so please let me know the refr or pointers..

But, do you know why such a restriction on process name??
There must be some structure internally in NT that reserves only 16 bytes for process name??
Where can I find that?
