Help! I've lost my menu bar in the VC Ide. How do i make it return?

Hello,
Hopefully the following will help you get your menu bar back:
Right click anywhere on a toolbar, and select the "Customize..." option. Click on the "Toobars" tab, and in the listbox on the left, make sure that the "Menu bar" option is checked. Click "Close". Enjoy your menu bar once again.
