I am new to crystal report. I was supposed to rectify a problem in Crystal Report. My database has an employee number and wages for each month as a separate field. Again an employee can work in 2 units and get 2 different amt of wages for the same month. So the records looks like this for an individual employee .

As i mentioned above, the emp. no 10001 has worked on 2 units so only for the 10th month his wages should be 8000 that is nothing but the sum of wages for an individual employee grouped by their units. I was able to get the total wages of this employee 86000. which is my first column in the report. When i am trying to get the individual month total for an employee i am getting an error as " A summary field has been specified on a non-recurring field " . I have a new formula to calculate this but it ends up with an error msg as mentioned. Kindly provide a solution for me.
